7. Payment Terms

7.1 Billing

• DescribeAI Basic is available at $9.99/month or $89.99/year
• Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Shopify
• Annual subscriptions are billed yearly in advance with significant savings
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Billing cycles reset at the beginning of each subscription period
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

• You may terminate your subscription at any time by uninstalling the app
• No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time
• You retain access until the end of your billing period

We may terminate your access if you:

• Use the service for prohibited purposes
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Engage in abusive behavior toward our support team
